Foreclosure case

Wells Fargo and U.S. Bank plan to appeal a judge’s recent landmark decision that opens the door to invalidating thousands of Massachusetts foreclosures dating as far back as 1989. The banks’ lawyer says he’s filed initial paperwork with the state’s appellate court, with a full appeal to soon follow.
