FAA: Proposed tower too high

Donald Chiofaro’s plan to build a pair of towers on Boston’s waterfront is facing another wave of trouble.

In a letter to the developer yesterday, the Federal Aviation Administration warned that any building exceeding 407 feet would be hazardous to airplanes.
