This is not a bad looking building, it will improve the Ft. Point area. I like it.

Unlike many of you who think it's a great idea, I happen to live in South Boston. I AM NOT in favor of High Rise Buildings in a Neighborhood Community. South Boston has already experienced what a "High-Rise" brings to the Neighborhood (re: "G" and Columbia Road). Notwithstanding the fact that Home Owners behind this "High Rise Project" lost their beautiful view of Dorchester Bay, it created a massive Parking Issue as well. Others, who are more Parochial than I would suggest that this Building brought in an "element" of unwanted People as well. I would suggest that when posting in here on this issue you say where you're from. Doesn't it seem curious that this came out AFTER the Election of TMM? Also, it's going to be interesting to see how the Elected Officials stand on this. I'll be at ALL the Community Hearings to see how this all develops...Pun intended!
