Travel Channel’s “No Reservations” host Anthony Bourdain ranks the Philippines No. 1 in his Hierarchy of Pork. See for yourself at Turo Turo in Quincy, one of Massachusetts’ few Filipino restaurants.

The menu changes daily, rotating among three-dozen Filipino dishes and at least four daily specialties.
