Mass. considering ways to stem bullying in schools

BOSTON — State lawmakers are weighing more than a dozen bills designed to quell bullying in school — whether in the playground or over the Internet.

The bills define school bullying as behavior that is threatening or intimidating, or creates a hostile or abusive learning environment.

I think you need to start in the home first, where are these bullies learning it from. It starts in preschool and on up. You have to start from the gound floor first find out what the root of the problem is, why is this person a bullie.
