Yale, Peru fight over Inca items

LIMA, Peru - Yale University could be sued by Peru after a would-be Indiana Jones sent thousands of Inca artifacts to the school.

Hiram Bingham sent ceramics, textiles and bones to Yale after rediscovering Machu Picchu in 1911. Peru and Yale reached an agreement over the return of items in 2008, but it fell through over a dispute over how many artifacts were to be returned.
