Activists: no progress yet at climate talks

POZNAN, Poland - Environmentalists say they are disappointed with some of the world’s richest countries for failing to make meaningful commitments at a U.N. conference on climate change.

Some also fault outgoing President George W. Bush, saying his administration is preventing progress at the start of a two-week conference in Poland. More than 190 countries are seeking ways to combat greenhouse gases emissions.

Of course the fact that for the pasr 10 years average global temperature has been FALLING has no relevance at all....
