Former Middle East hostage files for bankruptcy

LEXINGTON, Ky. — Former hostage Terry Anderson, who was held captive in the Middle East for 6½ years, has filed for bankruptcy.
Anderson claimed $1.8 million in liabilities and $60,000 in assets in the Chapter 7 bankruptcy filed Nov. 3 in Lexington.
