BENTON HARBOR, Mich. - Benton Harbor police have arrested three protesters where a new Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course is being built near Lake Michigan.
Police Chief Al Mingo says the protesters refused to budge from the path of earth-moving equipment being used at the course under construction at the Harbor Shores development. Mingo says his officers made the arrests on his orders Monday morning.
