NH court rejects amnesia claim in fatal crash case

CONCORD, N.H. - A 24-year-old Amherst, N.H., man convicted of killing a friend in a drunken car crash will not get a new trial.

The state Supreme Court on Thursday rejected Matthew Kincaid’s appeal, which claimed he suffered from amnesia and could not adequately consult with his lawyers before and during his trial.
