FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — A 5-year-old North Carolina girl was raped and killed the same day she was taken from her home, according to an arrest warrant released Friday.

Shaniya Davis was sexually assaulted and asphyxiated Nov. 10, the day her mother reported her missing from the trailer park where she was staying, according to the warrant. Authorities embarked on a nearly weeklong search that ended when the girl’s body was found dumped off a rural road.

"His lawyer, Allen Rogers, left the courtroom with his client and didn’t speak to reporters."...Huh, do you mean to say this guy is still on the street?

And the the grandmother says the mother did not harm the child and she knows because she was there. Granny, the mother SOLD THE GIRL into prostitution. What is your definition of "No Harm". There are too many lowlifes in this story to even count. Fry them all.

Well its safe to say that this scum bag will now (hopefully) go through exactly what this poor innocent little child went through!!! The other inmates are going to bend him over and do the same thing... AT LEAST I PRAY FOR THAT.
