Joe Lieberman, all’s forgiven

Well, perhaps there really will be a new era of good feeling in the next Congress.

It was certainly a decent indicator that Senate Democrats - acting under strong signals sent by President-elect Barack Obama - yesterday allowed Connecticut Sen. Joe Lieberman to keep his chairmanship of the Homeland Security Committee.
