I agree with columnist Lauren Beckham Falcone even if her comparison is apples and oranges. Why do we, as Americans, and NBC give a forum to such drivel as Andre Agassi trying to sell books about the “harsh” life he’s overcome (“Agassi commits double fault on day of remembrance,” Nov. 12)?

I’m 39 and as a teen played tennis at the same academy as Agassi. There’s nothing remotely interesting in his story. Let’s all remember what’s important each day. Thank you, veterans.
