Indicted City Councilor Chuck Turner yesterday reveled in his preliminary election landslide victory, claiming it was a vote of confidence to continue battling federal corruption charges.

“This is a mandate for me to fight back,” Turner told the Herald. “They’re saying, ‘Keep on fighting.’ ”
