A fight over a girl led to one Framingham teen being stabbed in the buttocks this afternoon by other boy who is now on the run, police report.

Framingham police say they are closing in on the male suspect who used a “small knife” to stab a 16-year-old Framingham High student in the backside while both were on the steps of the school this afternoon.
