Cops get second crack at dealer cleared by SJC

A convicted crack pusher sprung from prison after the state’s highest court ruled Boston police violated his rights when they found cocaine while pat-frisking him for weapons has been arrested again - for selling crack, the Herald has learned.

Paul Gomes, 32, who weighs 340 pounds and has tattoos scrawled across his body, including one of a baby smoking pot, was busted in Brockton during a sting operation.
