Former Springfield shelter chief in trouble again

SPRINGFIELD — The former head of a Springfield homeless shelter, who served time for stealing thousands from it, has been arrested again.

Police said Frank Keough was arrested Friday while loading furniture into a pickup outside his former beach house in Charlestown, R.I.
