Michael Phelps tops 200 individual medley qualifying

ShareBERLIN — Michael Phelps has failed to qualify for the 200-meter freestyle, but leads all qualifiers in the 200-meter individual medley at a short-course World Cup meet.
The winner of eight gold medals at the Beijing Olympics clocked 1 minute, 55.92 seconds in the medley on Sunday.
