Man accused of taping Erin Andrews to appear in court

LOS ANGELES — An Illinois insurance executive accused of secretly making nude videos of ESPN reporter Erin Andrews is expected to appear in court for the first time.

Michael Barrett was due in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles on Friday to face one count of interstate stalking.

To be impartial, if I was on the jury, I would want to see all of the evidence!
